to many friends' surprise

Decision about job
        Long time no log in dioenglish,really miss all friends here.i almost finished my seeking job and work in this semester.And i will come back home on Jan 12nd,en,i am so free these days.I wanna make summary of my job,I know there are so many friends in dioenglish who are  elder and more experienced than me.I believe some of them may give their cherish advise.
        I major in software engineering at college,to many friends' surprise,i seek a job called future management team in WangPin Enterpris(王品储备干部),I will  learn how to manage operations with six months so as to become a qualified manager.I don't know how many friends know WangPin,seems so famous in TaiWai,According to report,WangPin is very popular with job seeker,but i donot know how it goes in china mainland.
        In fact,i received several offer,i was appointed as a so called programmer,it is closer my major,and i get not bad salary.i have not cleared about if i was right for to take this job far away from my major.I don't like programmer,i have to sit in front of laptop for almost 10+ hours daily.It may drive me crazy if i make a living by their way.Comparatively speaking,i join WangPin,it provide me with a Organization and management work,Recall Something About 2016, seems i am good at this kind of work,I would like to carve out in the future,i may get grow up better.Lol,of course i will get better salary if work in WangPin.
        It is worth mentioning that WangPin belongs to service industry,in chinese eyes,service industry is not thought high of,they even look down those ppl who work in service field,it is chinese traditional value.I don't think so,it is also cooperation in some way,cheap pandora charms,Unlike  manufacturing industry, service industry emphasize the feeling supported to customer,it is about qualitative,Love &amp,and manufacturing industry stress quantitative..
